Personal Injury Representation

When someone else's negligence changes your life, you deserve an advocate who understands how the other side thinks.

Attorney-Led Advocacy

Experienced Advocacy for Injury Victims

After an accident, you are suddenly negotiating with professionals whose job is to pay you as little as possible. We level that playing field.

An injury claim is rarely just about the crash. It's about the medical treatment you need, the bills arriving in the mail, the wages you're losing, the car you no longer have, and an insurance adjuster who sounds friendly but works for the other side. Our job is to take those problems off your plate and pursue the full compensation the law allows.

We Know How the Defense Thinks

Our litigation practice is led by a former insurance defense attorney. For years, Lincoln Tran worked alongside insurers and their counsel — learning exactly how claims are evaluated, defended, and devalued. Today he uses that experience exclusively for injured clients.

Cases We Handle

Insurance Is Calling. What Should You Say?

As little as possible. You are generally required to cooperate with your own insurer, but you have no obligation to give the other driver's insurance company a recorded statement — and what you say in the first stressful days is routinely used to minimize your claim later. It costs nothing to speak with us first.

We also dig into coverage questions most people never think to ask: Does the at-fault driver have an umbrella policy? Is there a commercial policy involved? Do you have underinsured motorist or medical payments coverage on your own policy? The answers often change a case's value dramatically. Read more about medical bills, liens, and insurance claims.

What It Costs to Hire Us

No fees and no costs unless you recover. Personal injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. Your consultation is free, and we advance case costs — if there is no recovery, you owe no attorney fees and no costs.

At the end of every case we provide a clear written breakdown showing the settlement, fees, costs, and medical liens — and we negotiate those liens down so more of the recovery reaches you.

How Long Do I Have to Bring a Claim?

In California, most personal injury claims must be filed within two years of the injury — but important exceptions can shorten that dramatically. Claims against government entities generally require a formal claim within six months, and some professional negligence claims have a one-year deadline. Evidence also disappears quickly: camera footage gets overwritten, vehicles get repaired, witnesses move. The sooner you get advice, the more options you keep.
